Uraian Informasi Fakta Material atau Description of Material Information or Facts Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan dana yang diperlukan untuk pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga keempat Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Merdeka Battery Materials Tahap II Tahun 2025 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada 27 Agustus 2026 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 7,5096 (tujuh koma lima nol persen) pertahun. Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 27 Agustus 2026. We would like to inform that the Company has prepared the funds reguired for the repayment of the principal and the payment of the fourth interest of Shelf Registration of Bonds 1 Merdeka Battery | Materials Phase II Year 2025 Series A which will mature on 27 August | 2026 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 7.505 (seven point five zero percent) per annum. The funds will be transferred to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) prior to 27 August 2026.
