dated July 31, 2026, regarding Information on the Payment of Bond Principal, Bond Interest, and
Profit-Sharing Income of the Company's Mudharabah Sukuk.
2. Letter of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) No. KSEI-5556/DIR/072 dated July 31, 2026,
regarding the Postponement of the 15th Profit-Sharing Distribution for the Sukuk Mudharabah
Berkelanjutan III Wijaya Karya Tahap I Tahun 2022 Seri A-C (SMWIKA03ACN1,
SMWIKA03BCN1, SMWIKA03CCN1).
3. Letter of KSEI No. KSEI-5620/DIR/0826 dated August 3, 2026, regarding the Revision to the
Postponement of the Payment of the 14th Profit-Sharing Distribution of Sukuk Mudharabah
Berkelanjutan III Wijaya Karya Tahap I Tahun 2022 Seri A (SMWIKA03ACN1) and the 15th Profit-
Sharing Distribution of Seri B and Seri C (SMWIKA03BCN1 and SMWIKA03CCN1).
The Company has postponed the payment of Mudharabah Sukuk profit-sharing income originally
scheduled for August 3, 2026, as follows:
1. The 14th profit-sharing distribution of the Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan III Wijaya Karya Tahap
I Tahun 2022 Seri A (SMWIKA03ACN1).
2. The 15th profit-sharing distribution of the Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan III Wijaya Karya Tahap
I Tahun 2022 Seri B (SMWIKA03BCN1).
3. The 15th profit-sharing distribution of Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan III Wijaya Karya Tahap I
Tahun 2022 Seri C (SMWIKA03CCN1).
The postponement of the profit-sharing payments indicates potential issues relating to the Company's going
concern.
Taking the above into consideration, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") has decided to
continue the suspension of trading in the securities of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) in all market
until further notice from the Exchange.
The Exchange advises to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the
Company.
