Hingga saat ini Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan ' Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi point III.2.1 dan IV.2.1 Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01- 2021. Hingga saat ini Perseroan tidak 4. mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan — Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. 5. Pada Tanggal 2 Juli 2025 Perseroan 5. menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi (KI) No. 148/EDI/VII/2025 kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) yang menginformasikan Perseroan akan melaksanakan aksi Korporasi atas penambahan setoran modal yang disetorkan secara bertahap oleh pemegang saham pengendali pada saat telah disetorkan penuh — dengan menggunakan Laporan Keuangan per 31 Desember 2025. To date, the Company is not aware of any activity of certain shareholders as stipulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding Report on Shareholding or Changes to Public Company Shareholding. On 2 July 2025, the Company submitted an Information Disclosure (Keterbukaan Informasi) No. 148/EDI/VII/2025 to the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan — OJK), informing that the Company would conduct a Corporate action due to additional paid in Capital which paid in stages by the controlling Shareholder when the additional paid up capital has been fully paid using base of Financial Report as of 31 December 2025. Therefore, the Corporate action plan will be arranged no later than June 30,2026. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
