Adapun informasi relevan terkait posisi saham hasil pembelian kembali Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Penyelesaian Buyback Perseroan telah menyelesaikan periode pembelian kembali saham pada tanggal 21 April 2025 dengan total saham yang dibeli kembali sebanyak 192.334.900 lembar saham pada harga rata-rata Rp156,- per saham. 2. Status Pengalihan Hingga berakhirnya periode laporan tanggal 31 Desember 2025, Perseroan belum melakukan pengalihan atas saham hasil pembelian kembali tersebut. Berdasarkan Pasal 16 ayat (1) POJK 29/2023, Perseroan memiliki kewajiban untuk menyelesaikan pengalihan saham tersebut paling lambat 21 April 2028 (3 tahun setelah selesainya pembelian kembali). 3. Rencana Pengalihan Sebagaimana informasi yang telah disampaikan sebelumnya, Perseroan merencanakan pengalihan kembali saham tersebut dengan cara ditarik kembali melalui pengurangan modal (dimasukkan ke dalam portepel) sesuai dengan persetujuan RUPST tanggal 23 April 2024. The relevant information regarding the Company s treasury share position is as follows: 1. Completion of Buyback The Company completed its share buyback period on April 21, 2025 , with a total of 192,334,900 shares repurchased at an average price of IDR 156 per share. 2. Status of Resale/Transfer As of the end of the reporting period on December 31, 2025, the Company has not yet conducted any resale or transfer of the repurchased shares. Pursuant to Article 16, paragraph (1) of POJK 29/2023, the Company is obligated to complete the transfer of these shares no later than April 21, 2028 (3 years after the completion of the buyback). 3. Resale/Transfer Plan As previously disclosed, the Company plans to transfer the shares by way of retirement through capital reduction (returned to treasury/portepel), in accordance with the approval from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on April 23, 2024. Attached herewith are the report details prepared in accordance with the format provided in the Appendix of POJK Number 29 of 2023. Thus to be informed accordingly.
