Type of Material Information Repayment of the Principal and the Payment of the Twelfth
or Facts Interest of Shelf Registration of Bonds IV Merdeka Copper Gold
Phase III Year 2023 Series B (“Bonds”) is categorized as
Material Information or Facts in accordance with
Article 6 point (m) POJK 31/2015.
3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah
Material melaksanakan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga
Obligasi dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
1. Nilai Obligasi
Jumlah Obligasi yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 4 Agustus
2026 tersebut terdiri dari:
a. pokok Obligasi sebesar Rp1.475.000.000.000 (satu
triliun empat ratus tujuh puluh lima miliar Rupiah);
dan
b. bunga kedua belas Obligasi sebesar
Rp29.500.000.000 (dua puluh sembilan miliar lima
ratus juta Rupiah).
2. Jumlah Pelunasan Pokok dan Pembayaran Bunga
Obligasi
Jumlah pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga kedua
belas Obligasi adalah sebesar Rp1.504.500.000.000
(satu triliun lima ratus empat miliar lima ratus juta
Rupiah). Perseroan telah melakukan penyetoran dana
kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”)
selaku agen pembayaran yang telah ditunjuk oleh
Perseroan pada tanggal 31 Juli 2026, yang selanjutnya
akan didistribusikan oleh KSEI kepada para pemegang
Obligasi pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2026.
3. Sumber Pendanaan
Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan
untuk melunasi pokok serta membayar bunga kedua
belas Obligasi berasal dari dana yang diperoleh

Perseroan dari hasil penerbitan Obligasi Berkelanjutan V
Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap III Tahun 2026 dan kas
internal Perseroan.
4. Tujuan Transaksi
Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban
Perseroan dalam melakukan pelunasan pokok serta
pembayaran bunga Obligasi yang telah jatuh tempo,
sebagai bagian dari pengelolaan liabilitas dan
pemenuhan komitmen kepada para pemegang Obligasi.
Description of Material We hereby inform that the Company has completed the
Information or Facts repayment of the principal and the payment of the interest of
Bonds with detail as follows:
1. Amount of Bonds
The total amount of Bonds that matured on 4 August 2026
consists of the following composition:
a. principal amount of Bonds in the amount of
Rp1,475,000,000,000 (one trillion four hundred
seventy-five billion Rupiah); and
b. twelfth Bonds’ interest in the amount of
Rp29,500,000,000 (twenty-nine billion five hundred
million Rupiah).
2. Total of Principal Repayment and Interest Payment of
the Bonds
The total repayment of the principal and the payment of
the twelfth interest of the Bonds is Rp1,504,500,000,000
(one trillion five hundred four billion five hundred million
Rupiah). The Company has made a deposit of funds to PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) acting as the
paying agent appointed by the Company on 31 July 2026,
which will be distributed by KSEI to the Bondholders on
4 August 2026.
3. Source of Fund
The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principal
and pay the twelfth interest of Bonds was derived from the
fund received by the Company from the result of the
issuance of Shelf Registration of Bonds V Merdeka Copper
Gold Phase III Year 2026 and the Company’s internal cash.
4. The Purpose of the Transaction
The purpose of this transaction is to fulfill the Company’s
obligations to repay the principal and interest payment of
the Bonds that have matured, as part of the Company’s
liability management and its commitment to the
Bondholders.

4. Dampak Kejadian, Informasi Dengan dilakukan pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga
atau Fakta Material Tersebut kedua belas Obligasi tersebut maka seluruh kewajiban
terhadap Kegiatan Perseroan atas Obligasi tersebut telah berakhir. Selanjutnya,
Operasional, Kondisi Hukum tidak ada dampak material lain atas pelunasan pokok serta
dan Keuangan, atau pembayaran bunga kedua belas Obligasi terhadap kegiatan
Kelangsungan Usaha operasional, kondisi hukum dan keuangan, atau
Perseroan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Impact of Event, Material Upon the repayment of the principal and the payment of the
Information or Facts on the twelfth interest of the Bonds, the Company’s obligation related
Company’s Operational to the Bonds has concluded. Furthermore, it does not have any
Activities, Legal and Financial other material impacts on the repayment of the principal and

continuity.
