Dengan rincian sebagai berikut: Subject: Readiness of Funds for the Redemption of Bank KB Bukopin Continuing Subordinated Bonds III Phase I Year 2021 Series A and KB Bank Continuing Bonds II Phase II Year 2025 Series A Sincerely, Referring to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 dated 12 December 2025 concerning Rule No. I-E on Information Disclosure Obligations, we hereby inform you that the Company has made available sufficient funds for the redemption of the principal amount and payment of interest of the Bank KB Bukopin Continuing Subordinated Bonds III Phase | Year 2021 Series A and the KB Bank Continuing Bonds II Phase II Year 2025 Series A, both of which will mature on 9 September 2026, to Bondholders. Dengan demikian, jumlah dana yang telah disediakan oleh Perseroan untuk pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga atas obligasi yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 9 September 2026 adalah sebesar Rp1.133.913.336.000 (satu triliun seratus tiga puluh tiga miliar sembilan ratus tiga belas juta tiga ratus tiga puluh enam ribu rupiah), sesuai dengan rincian sebagaimana tercantum pada tabel di atas. Pelunasan tersebut akan dilakukan dan didistribusikan melalui PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) sebagai agen pembayaran. Demikian surat ini kami sampaikan, atas perhatian dan kerjasamanya kami ucapkan terima kasih. Hormat kami, PT Bank KB Indonesia, Tbk Accordingly, the total funds made available by the Company for the redemption of the principal amount and payment of interest on the Bonds maturing on 9 September 2026 amount to IDR 1,133,913,336,000 (one trillion one hundred thirty-three billion nine hundred thirteen million three hundred thirty-six thousand Indonesian Rupiah), as detailed in the table above. The repayment will be made and distributed through PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) as payment agent. Thus, we convey this letter. Thank you for your attention.
