Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada hari Selasa, tanggal 6 Januari 2026 PT Pembangunan
Jaya Ancol Tbk telah menerima uang ganti kerugian dengan
total nilai sebesar Rp175.917.108.500,- (seratus tujuh puluh
lima miliar sembilan ratus tujuh belas juta seratus delapan ribu
lima ratus rupiah) sehubungan dengan Pengadaan Tanah
Bagi Pembangunan Untuk Kepentingan Umum Sesuai
Ketentuan Peraturan Perundangan dalam Proyek Strategis
Nasional Pengembangan Jalan Tol Ir. Wiyoto Wiyono, M.Sc
Section Harbour Road II, dengan rincian objek sebagai berikut:
1. 6 (enam) bidang tanah dengan total luasan 7.185 m2 (tujuh
ribu seratus delapan puluh lima meter persegi) dalam bidang
tanah HPL No. 1/Ancol yang termuat pada daftar nominatif
pada lampiran Berita Acara Perubahan Data Nominatif
dan/atau Peta Bidang Tanah nomor 1079/BA-
31.72.AT.02.04/IV/2025 tanggal 8 April 2025, yang telah
dilakukan musyawarah penetapan bentuk ganti kerugian
sesuai Berita Acara Kesepakatan nomor 4656/BA-
31.72.AT.02.04/XI/2025 tanggal 11 November 2025, yang
ditandatangani oleh Direktur Utama PT Pembangunan Jaya
Ancol Tbk; dan
2. aset pagar panel beton sesuai Berita Acara Kesepakatan
nomor 1966/BA-31.72.AT.02.04/VI/2025 tanggal 26 Juni 2025.
Terhadap seluruh nilai sebagaimana dimaksud di atas telah
dilakukan validasi sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundangan
yang berlaku tentang Pengadaan Tanah Bagi Pembangunan
Untuk Kepentingan Umum oleh Kepala Kantor Pertanahan
Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara Selaku Ketua Pelaksana

Description of Material Information or On Tuesday, 6 January 2026, PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol
Facts Tbk received compensation funds in the total amount of IDR
175,917,108,500 (one hundred seventy five billion nine
hundred seventeen million one hundred eight thousand five
hundred rupiah) in relation to Land Acquisition for
Development in the Public Interest, in accordance with the
prevailing laws and regulations, for the National Strategic
Project of the Ir Wiyoto Wiyono MSc Toll Road Development
Harbour Road II Section, with the details of the acquired
objects as follows:
1. Six plots of land with a total area of 7185 square meters
within Land Management Right HPL Number 1 Ancol, as listed
in the nominative list attached to the Minutes of Amendment to
Nominative Data and or Land Parcel Map Number 1079 BA
31.72 AT 02.04 IV 2025 dated 8 April 2025. Deliberations on
the determination of the form of compensation have been
conducted in accordance with the Minutes of Agreement
Number 4656 BA 31.72 AT 02.04 XI 2025 dated 11 November
2025, signed by the President Director of PT Pembangunan
Jaya Ancol Tbk; and
2. Concrete panel fence assets in accordance with the Minutes
of Agreement Number 1966 BA 31.72 AT 02.04 VI 2025 dated
26 June 2025.
The entire amount as referred to above has been validated in
accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations
concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public
Interest by the Head of the North Jakarta Administrative City
Land Office, acting as the Chairperson of the Land Acquisition
Implementation Team, on 27 November 2025.
