Performance and Expands Retail Network with AZKO's 276th Store
Jakarta, August 4, 2026 – PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (AHI) (ACES), a multi-brand retail company
operating AZKO, ATARU, Pendopo, and NEKA, as well as Toys Kingdom through its subsidiary, continues to
demonstrate positive business momentum through solid financial performance and a sustainable growth
strategy. Supported by strong business fundamentals, enhanced operational capabilities, and network
expansion into high-potential regions across Indonesia, the Company continues to broaden public access to
better products and solutions for home, hobby, and lifestyle needs.
Delivers Strong First Half 2026 Financial Performance
PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (AHI) (ACES) recorded stronger financial performance throughout the first
half of 2026. Profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent increased by 33.3% year-on-year to
IDR390.3 billion, while operating profit rose by 32.3% to IDR509.8 billion. The Company also posted net sales
of IDR4.5 trillion, representing a 6.3% increase compared with the same period last year. This performance was
supported by Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) of 2.2% year-on-year as of June 2026, as well as various strategic
initiatives, including the AZKO BOOM SALE campaign and continued enhancement of the customer experience
through its omnichannel approach.

Strengthen the National Retail Network, PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk Opened AZKO's 276th
Store in Tomohon
As part of its long-term growth strategy, the Company continues to expand its retail network across
Indonesia. During the first half of 2026, the Company opened 10 AZKO stores in five new cities: Berau,
Pasuruan, Pekalongan, Timika, and Kuningan, while also adding 10 NEKA stores, comprising five stores outside
Java and five stores on the island of Java.
Continuing this expansion strategy, the Company inaugurated its first AZKO store in Tomohon, North
Sulawesi, as part of its commitment to expanding access to products and services in promising new markets,
particularly second and third-tier cities. The opening brings AZKO's network to 276 stores across 97 cities
nationwide, supported by more than three decades of business experience and a strong operational
foundation. AZKO continues to strengthen its integrated retail ecosystem, spanning product sourcing
capabilities, supply chain infrastructure and distribution centers, as well as a seamless omnichannel shopping
experience through the ruparupa platform. These capabilities enable the Company to maintain optimal

product availability, deliver consistent service, and provide customers with a more convenient, flexible, and
reliable shopping experience.
Each new store expansion offers customers a more comprehensive shopping experience through a wide
range of trusted home brands, including KRISBOW, KRIS, KLAZ, STORA, SOLEIL, OTTO KLASSE, and many other
leading brands. Customers also benefit from modern, comfortable, and inspiring store concepts, supported by
omnichannel services such as Scan & Shop, the ruparupa rewards membership program, and access to millions
of products across the Kawan Lama Group ecosystem.

surrounding communities. Our expansion into new cities, including Tomohon, contributes to local
employment, with more than 50% of employees recruited locally. We also continue to implement social and
