Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Amandemen Perjanjian Dukungan Bisnis (Amandemen) antara
Perseroan dengan Medco Energi Global Pte. Ltd. (MEG), anak
perusahaan yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki secara tidak
langsung oleh Perseroan.
Perseroan dan MEG telah menandatangani Perjanjian
Dukungan Bisnis tanggal 31 Oktober 2023 (Perjanjian) dimana
Perseroan akan menyediakan fasilitas di bidang teknologi
informasi (internet, akses VPN, SAP, BPM dll) yang telah
digunakan olehnya kepada MEG sebagai bentuk dukungan
bisnis kepada MEG agar MEG dapat menjalankan kegiatan
usahanya secara ekonomis dan efisien.
Dalam Amandemen Perjanjian ini Para Pihak hanya
menyatakan biaya jasa tahun 2026 yang dituangkan dalam
Lampiran B Amandemen Perjanjian dan tidak terdapat syarat
dan ketentuan lain yang diubah.
Nilai jasa dukungan bisnis untuk tahun 2026 kepada MEG
adalah USD6.605.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Publik.

Description of Material Information or Amendment to Business Support Agreement (Amendment)
Facts between the Company and Medco Energi Global Pte. Ltd.
(MEG), a subsidiary whose shares are indirectly owned by the
Company.
The Company and MEG have executed the Business Support
Agreement dated 31 October 2023 (the Agreement) that the
Company shall provide information technology facilities
(internet, VPN access, SAP, BPM services, etc.) to MEG as
part of business support, in order for MEG to be able to
conduct its business in economical and efficient manner.
In this Amendment of the Agreement, the Parties agree to
state the amount of service fees for 2026 which will be set-out
in Attachment B of the Amendment of the Agreement and
there is no changes of other terms and conditions.
Value of the business support service for year 2026 to MEG is
in the amount of USD6,605.
