Perjanjian Dukungan Bisnis antara Perseroan dengan PT Satria Raksa Buminusa (“SRB”), anak perusahaan yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki secara tidak langsung oleh Perseroan, dengan nilai perjanjian sebesar USD49.313 (empat puluh sembilan ribu tiga ratus tiga belas Dolar Amerika Serikat). Jend, Sudirman Kav. 52-53 MEDCOENERGI m | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Perseroan menyediakan fasilitas di bidang Material / Description of Material teknologi informasi (internet, akses VPN, SAP, Information or Facts BPM dil) yang telah digunakan olehnya kepada MEP, SRB, EPI dan MEGS sebagai bentuk dukungan bisnis kepada anak perusahaannya agar entitas tersebut dapat menjalankan kegiatan usahanya secara ekonomis dan efisien. Dukungan bisnis ini berlaku hingga tanggal 31 Desember 2026. The Company shares the usage of its information technology features (internet, VPN access, SAP, BPM services, etc.) to MEP, SRB, EPI and MEGS as part of business support to its subsidiaries, so that the entities are able to Conduct their business in economical and efficient manners.
