September 2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E
Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dengan ini kami
sampaikan pemberitahuan sebagai berikut:
1. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) saat ini telah
menyiapkan dana untuk melunasi pokok Sukuk Musyarakah
Berkelanjutan I Sarana Multigriya Finansial Tahap IV Tahun
2025 sebesar Rp362.805.000.000,- (tiga ratus enam puluh
dua miliar delapan ratus lima juta Rupiah) dan bagi hasil
sebesar Rp6.601.035.417,- (enam milar enam ratus satu juta
tiga puluh lima ribu empat ratus tujuh belas Rupiah) yang jatuh
tempo pada tanggal 24 Februari 2026;
2. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) saat ini telah
menyiapkan dana untuk melunasi pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan VII Sarana Multigriya Finansial Tahap VIII
Tahun 2025 Seri A sebesar Rp453.670.000.000,- (empat ratus
lima puluh tiga miliar enam ratus tujuh puluh juta rupiah) dan
bunga sebesar Rp8.254.273.611,- (delapan miliar dua ratus
lima puluh empat juta dua ratus tujuh puluh tiga ribu enam
ratus sebelas Rupiah) yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 24
Februari 2026 dan;
3. Dana tersebut saat ini ditempatkan dalam bentuk deposito
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E, we hereby
provide the following notification:
1. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) has currently
prepared funds to pay off the principal and interest on the
Shelf Registration Sukuk Musyarakah I Sarana Multigriya
Finansial Phase IV Year 2025 with a Bond Principal of
Rp362.805.000.000 (three hundred sixty-two billion eight
hundred five million Rupiah) and interest of Rp6.601.035.417
(six billion six hundred one million thirty five thousand four
hundred seventeen Rupiah) which matures on February 24,
2026;
2.PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) has currently
prepared funds to pay off the principal and interest on the
Shelf Registration Bond VII Sarana Multigriya Finansial Phase
VIII Year 2025 Series A with a Bond Principal of
Rp453.670.000.000 (four hundred fifty-three billion six hundred
seventy million Rupiah) and interest of Rp8.254.273.611 (eight
billion two hundred fifty-four million two hundred seventy-three
thousand six hundred eleven Rupiah) which matures on
February 24, 2026 and;
3. These funds are currently placed in the form of Term

financial condition, or going concern
