       PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk Secures Option to Purchase Mining Assets

   Dear Shareholders,
   The Directors and management of PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk are pleased to announce that it
   has executed and secured an option to purchase the Mongolia mining related assets of Poh
   Golden Ger Resources Pte Ltd.

   Poh Golden Ger Resources is a Poh Group company controlled by Mr. Poh Kay Ping. It is the
   100% owner of two mining concessions in Mongolia.

   Indicative Value and Valuation Mechanism
   The indicative value of the assets is (US$150,000,000). However, the valuation mechanism for
   the transaction will be based on the average of two approved and independent valuers, 1 from
   Indonesia and 1 from Australia. This average valuation will prevail over any indicative value.

   Option Period
   The Option shall be valid for a period of 9 months from the date of the Option Agreement.

   Exercise of Option and Implementation
   The exercise of the Option and Implementation is subject to:
      i)      Shareholder Approval
      ii)     Regulatory approvals from both OJK and IDX
      iii)    Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, listing rules and regulatory
              requirements relevant to the transaction
      iv)     Execution of definitive transaction documents

   This Option is a continuation of the plan by Mr. Poh Kay Ping to revive and diversify the
   business operations of PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk for its shareholders.

   PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk continues to work to explore business opportunities in Indonesia
   and in the region to add value to its shareholders.
