 Facts                                        of PT Soechi Lines Tbk (the Company) on January 5, 2026,
                                              based on the Announcement of the Indonesia Stock Exchange
                                              PENG-SPT-00004/BEI.WAS/01-2026 dated January 2, 2026,
                                              the Company hereby informs as the following:

                                              1. The Company is currently conducting its business activities
                                              as usual, both for the shipping and shipyard business
                                              segments. The Company intends to maintain a sustainable
                                              long term operational and financial performances.

                                              2. As of the date of this letter, there are no material information
                                              or facts within the Company that have not been disclosed to
                                              the public.

                                              3. Related to the price movements of the Company's shares in
                                              the market, the price movements are the result of the market
                                              mechanisms and are outside the Company's control.

                                              Based on the Announcement of the Indonesia Stock Exchange
                                              Peng-UPT-00005/BEI.WAS/01-2026 dated January 5, 2026,
                                              the suspension of the Company's shares trading in the Regular
