PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR
BMRIDRCX6A DAN BMRIDRCG6A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (“BMRI”) pada tanggal 22
December 2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur BMRIDRCX6A dan BMRIDRCG6A
sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak
ada penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur BMRIDRCX6A dan BMRIDRCG6A
sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
BMRIDRCX6A AND BMRIDRCG6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (“BMRI”) dated 22nd December
2025 regarding a Corporate Action – Cash Dividend.
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant BMRIDRCX6A and BMRIDRCG6A
as stated in the Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be
made to structured warrant BMRIDRCX6A and BMRIDRCG6A pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
