menyampaikan surat pengunduran diri dari jabatannya
sebagai Direktur Perseroan. Pengumuman ini disampaikan
sebagai bentuk pemenuhan ketentuan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku terkait kewajiban Perseroan untuk
memberikan informasi material kepada para pemegang saham
dan publik. Pengunduran diri Bapak David Edison Tampubolon
