Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 10 ayat (1) dan (2) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan No. 35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik dan Peraturan No. I-E Bursa Efek Indonesia tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, dengan ini Direksi PT Mitra Energi Persada Tbk (“Perseroan”)
memberitahukan telah mengangkat Sdr. Farida Rahma Vita selaku Sekretaris Perusahaan
(Corporate Secretary) Perseroan terhitung sejak tanggal 01 Januari 2026 untuk
menggantikan Bapak Said August Putra.
In compliance with the provisions of the Article 10 paragraph (1) and (2) the Financial
Services Authority Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 regarding The Corporate Secretary of
Issuer or Public Company and Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-E of regarding
Obligation of Information Submission, the Board of Directors of PT Mitra Energi Persada
Tbk (“Company”) hereby announce the appointment of Ms. Farida Rahma Vita as the
Corporate Secretary of the Company commencing January 01, 2026 to replace Mr. Said
August Putra.
