following subsidiaries:

a. PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Boga;
b. PT ANJ Agri Papua; dan
c. PT Gading Mas Indonesia Teguh.
Keputusan tersebut diambil setelah mempertimbangkan evaluasi
kinerja operasional dan keuangan, di mana Direksi menilai bahwa
kegiatan operasional entitas-entitas anak tersebut tidak lagi sejalan
dengan strategi bisnis jangka menengah dan jangka panjang
Perseroan. / Such decision was made after taking into account
operational and financial performance evaluations, whereby the Board
of Directors considered that the operational activities of the said
subsidiaries are no longer aligned with the Company’s medium- and
long-term business strategy.
Penghentian kegiatan operasional tersebut tidak mempengaruhi
keberadaan hukum entitas-entitas anak yang bersangkutan, yang
tetap menjalankan kewajiban administratifnya sesuai dengan
ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. / The
discontinuation of operational activities does not affect the legal
existence of the relevant subsidiaries, which shall continue to fulfil
their administrative obligations in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations.
4 Dampak kejadian, Penghentian kegiatan operasional atas entitas-entitas anak tersebut
