Uraian Informasi/Fakta Material: Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2025 Perseroan telah menerima informasi pengunduran diri dari Bapak Choi, Ho Jung selaku Direktur Perseroan. Sebagai proses lebih lanjut atas pengunduran diri tersebut, Perseroan akan melaksanakan proses sebagaimana diatur dalam Anggaran Dasar Perseroan. III. Description of Material Information/Facts: On December 314, 2025, the Company received information regarding the resignation of Mr. Choi, Ho Jung as the Director of the Company. As a further process for the resignation, the Company will carry out the procedure as outlined in the Artice of Association of the Company. IV. Dampak Kejadian Informasi/Fakta Material: Tidak terdapat dampak material atas fakta tersebut di atas terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan ataupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Iv. Impact on Material Information/Facts: The aforesaid facts have no material impact on the operational activities, legal, financial condition, or business continuity of the Company. IV.
