Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 MEDCOENERGI 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Dalam Perjanjian ini, SRB sebagai Peminjam bermaksud mendapatkan fasilitas pinjaman antar perusahaan dari MEI sebagai Pemberi Pinjaman untuk membiayai kegiatan operasionalnya dengan nilai hingga maksimum sebesar Rp150.000.000.000 (seratus lima puluh miliar Rupiah). Perjanjian ini berlaku hingga tanggal 31 Desember 2032. / In this Agreement, SRB as the Borrower wishes to obtain an intercompany loan facility from MEI as the Lender to finance SRB's operational activities in the maximum amount up to IDR150,000,000,000 (one hundred fifty billion Indonesian Rupiah).
