Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 MEDCOENERGI Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Terkait Perjanjian Jual-Beli antara Perseroan dan MLI tanggal 26 Desember 2025, dimana Perseroan sebagai pemilik 926.331.662 (Sembilan ratus dua puluh enam juta tiga ratus tiga puluh satu ribu enam ratus enam puluh dua) lembar saham yang mewakili 99.994 (Sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan puluh sembilan persen) modal ditempatkan dan disetor dalam PT Exspan Petrogas Intranusa (“EPI”), telah menjual seluruh sahamnya tersebut kepada MLI dengan nilai sebesar Rp24.177.600.000 (dua puluh empat miliar seratus tujuh puluh tujuh juta enam ratus ribu Rupiah). Regarding the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Company and MLI dated December 26, 2025, where the Company as the owner of 926, 331,662 (Nine hundred twenty six million three hundred thirty one thousand six hundred sixty two) shares representing 99.994 (Ninety nine point ninety nine percent) of the issued and paid-up capital in PT Exspan Petrogas Intranusa (“EPI”), has sold all of its entire shares to MLI with a value of IDR24,177,600,000 (twenty four billion one hundred seventy seven million six hundred thousand Rupiah).
