2. Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material: Peningkatan Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor pada Entitas Anak Perseroan. Informasi atau fakta material ini juga merupakan tindak lanjut dari pelaksanaan Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD) yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 November 2025. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material: Perseroan melakukan — penambahan setoran modal pada PT Nusantara Bina Silika (“NBS”) dengan nilai sebesar Rp.16.000.000.000 (enam belas miliar Rupiah) atau setara dengan 16.000 lembar ribu saham. Sehingga prosentase kepemilikan saham Perseroan pada NBS meningkat dari semula 60X menjadi 94,594 Jumlah penyertaan modal tersebut setara dengan 4,084 dari ekuitas yang diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk atau tidak melebihi 2096 dari ekuitas Perseroan, sehingga penyertaan modal tersebut tidak bersifat material. 2. Type of Material Information of Facts: Additional Capital Contributions to the Company's Subsidiary. This information of material facts as continuation to the implementation of Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights (PMTHMETD) which was held on November 14, 2025. . Description of Material Information of Facts: The Company made Additional Capital Contributions to PT Nusantara Bina Silika (“NBS”) in the amount Rp.16,000,000,000 (sixteen billion Rupiah) or eguivalent with 16,000 shares. Therefor the eguity stake of the Company in NBS has increased from 604 to 94.595. The amount of capital participation is eguivalent to 4.08 of the eguity attributable to owners of the parent entity or the did not exceed 204 of the Company's eguity, so that the capital participation is not material.
