Dewan Komisaris PT JACCS Mitra Pinasthika Mustika
Finance Indonesia (“Perseroan”) telah memutuskan
untuk memberhentikan sementara Bapak
Supriyanto dari jabatannya sebagai anggota Direksi
Perseroan, terhitung sejak tanggal 23 Desember
2025, hingga batas waktu yang diatur ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Sehubungan dengan hal ini, kegiatan usaha dan
operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan sebagaimana
biasa.

Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Company,

We hereby inform that the Board of Commissioners
of PT JACCS Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Finance
Indonesia (“the Company”) has decided to
temporarily suspend Mr. Supriyanto from his duties
as Director of the Company, effective from December
234, 2025, for the period prescribed under the
applicable laws and regulations.

In relation with the foregoing, the business activities
and operations of the Company shall continue as
usual.
