Facts 00977/BEI.PLP/01-2025 dated 31 January 2025 regarding
Securities Suspension Sanctions for Non-fulfillment of Free
Float Provisions, and in order to comply with Provisions
III.5.2.1. and III.5.2.3., the Company conveys that until the date
of this Information Disclosure, the fulfillment of Sell-down
obligations which can simultaneously improve business is a
complex process and therefore until now it has not been
completed. The Company together with a major shareholder
are still in process evaluating other methods and efforts so that
until now it is still a target to determine and provide a concrete
plan to fulfill the Free Float Provision.
