Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT ITSEC Cyber Academy (ITSEC Cyber & AI Academy),
anak usaha dari Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham
sebesar 99%, telah menandatangani perjanjian dengan PT
Republik Technetronic Nusantara, yang merupakan penyedia
layanan bagi Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia,
dimana ITSEC Cyber & AI Academy ditunjuk untuk
menyelenggarakan pelatihan Cybersecurity dan AI dengan
kurikulum yang disusun mengacu pada standar internasional
dan dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan kemampuan
praktikal serta pemahaman terkini atas tren ancaman siber
global dan pengembangan teknologi AI (Kontrak).
Nilai dari Kontrak adalah sebesar USD 60.000.000 (enam
puluh juta dolar Amerika) dengan periode pelaksanaan 4
(empat) tahun sejak Kontrak ditandatangani.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan memandang Kontrak ini akan berdampak:
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan 1. Memperkuat portofolio layanan edukasi dan pengembangan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, talenta di bidang cybersecurity & AI melalui ITSEC Cyber & AI
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Academy;
Perusahaan Publik 2. Berpotensi memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan
Perseroan melalui lini bisnis pelatihan (academy) sesuai
realisasi jadwal dan ruang lingkup layanan; dan
3. Meningkatkan kedudukan Perseroan sebagai penyedia
solusi keamanan siber yang terintegrasi, termasuk
pengembangan kapabilitas sumber daya manusia.
Informasi Lain
Keterlibatan Kementerian Pertahanan berada dalam konteks end-user melalui PT Republik Technetronic Nusantara.
Sedangkan ITSEC Cyber AI Academy bertindak sebagai pelaksana pelatihan sesuai ruang lingkup kerja sama yang
disepakati pada Kontrak.

Description of Material Information or PT ITSEC Cyber Academy (ITSEC Cyber & AI Academy), a
Facts subsidiary of the Company with a 99% shareholding, has
signed an agreement with PT Republik Technetronic
Nusantara, a service provider for the Ministry of Defense of the
Republic of Indonesia, whereby ITSEC Cyber & AI Academy is
appointed to conduct Cybersecurity and AI training with a
curriculum developed in accordance with international
standards and designed to equip participants with practical
skills and an up-to-date understanding of global cyber threat
trends and AI technology development (Contract).
The value of the Contract is USD 60,000,000 (sixty million US
dollars) with an implementation period of 4 (four) years from
the date of the Contract is signed.
Impact of event, material information or The Company believes that this Contract will have the
facts towards Issuers or Public following impact:
Company’s operational activities, legal, 1. Strengthen the Companys education services portfolio and
financial condition, or going concern talent development capabilities in cybersecurity & AI through
ITSEC Cyber & AI Academy;
2. Potentially contribute to the Companys revenue through its
training (academy) business line, subject to the realized
schedule and scope of services; and
3. Enhance the Companys positioning as an integrated
cybersecurity solutions provider, including in human capital
capability development.
Other Information
The Ministry of Defense s involvement is in the capacity of end-user through the PT Republik Technetronic
Nusantara. Meanwhile, ITSEC Cyber AI Academy acts as the training implementer in accordance with the scope of
cooperation agreed upon in the Contract.
