Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pemberian Jaminan Perusahaan (Corporate Guarantee) dan
Deficit Cash Flow Guarantee kepada PT Bank Mandiri
(Persero) Tbk senilai sebanyak-banyaknya USD 3.206.250
(tiga juta dua ratus enam ribu dua ratus lima puluh Dollar
Amerika Serikat) yang diberikan secara proporsional sesuai
persentase kepemilikan saham Perseroan. Pemberian
Jaminan Perusahaan dan Deficit Cash Flow Guarantee ini
merupakan syarat pemberian fasilitas kredit dari PT Bank
Mandiri (Persero) Tbk untuk menjamin fasilitas yang diterima
oleh perusahaan patungan Perseroan, yakni PT Pulau Kelapa
Perkasa, senilai USD 7.125.000,- (tujuh juta seratus dua puluh
lima ribu Dolar Amerika Serikat).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak yang mempengaruhi kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The provision of Corporate Guarantee and Deficit Cash Flow
Facts Guarantee to PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in an amount of
up to USD 3,206,250 (three million two hundred six thousand
two hundred fifty United States Dollars), to be provided
proportionally in accordance with the Company share
ownership percentage. The provision of this Corporate
Guarantee and Deficit Cash Flow Guarantee constitutes a
condition for the granting of a credit facility by PT Bank Mandiri
(Persero) Tbk to secure the facility received by the Company
joint venture, PT Pulau Kelapa Perkasa, in the amount of USD
7,125,000 (seven million one hundred twenty-five thousand
United States Dollars).
