menyampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah
mempersiapkan dana pembayaran pokok dan
bunga Obligasi Berkelanjutan I KB Finansia Multi
Finance Tahap I Tahun 2024 Seri A (“Obligasi”)
yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 27
Desember 2025 sebesar Rp332.092.687.500,-.

Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk pembayaran
bunga atas Obligasi tersebut akan disetorkan ke
dalam rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI) secara tepat waktu sesuai
dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan.

In order to be in compliance with Provision
IV.2.11 of Decree of the Board of Indonesia Stock
Exchange — Number  Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
concerning the amendment to Regulation Number
I-E on Information Disclosure Obligation, thus the
PT KB Finansia Multi Finance (“Company”)
hereby informs that it has prepared the fund for
the principal and interest settlement of KB
Finansia Multi Finance Shelf Registration Bonds
Bonds I Tranche I Year 2024 Series A (“Bonds”)
which will mature on December 27th, 2025,
amounting to IDR332,092,687,500.-.

The fund for the Bonds' principal settlement,
including its interest payment, will be deposited
into the PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
(KSEI) account promptly according to the
specified schedule.

Thus, we convey this report. Thank you for your
attention and cooperation.
