Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Waskita Karya Realty ("WKR") merupakan anak
perusahaan Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar
99,99% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan sembilan
persen).
WKR memiliki fasilitas pembiayaan dari PT Bank
Perekonomian Rakyat Intidana Sukses Makmur ("BPR
Intidana") melalui Perjanjian Kredit Nomor 223 tanggal 28
Desember 2022 dengan perubahan terakhir melalui
Addendum Perjanjian Kredit Nomor 61772/ISM/ADDPK-
KMK/1224 tertanggal 30 Desember 2024 ("Perjanjian Kredit")
dengan fasilitas pembiayaan senilai Rp15.000.000.000,- (lima
belas miliar Rupiah) berikut suku bunga 15% p.a. efektif,
dengan jangka waktu kredit selama 66 (enam puluh enam)
bulan.
Bahwa konfirmasi mengenai penandatanganan Perubahan
atas Perjanjian Kredit telah diterima melalui e-mail pada
tanggal 24 Desember 2025 yang berisikan perubahan suku
bunga menjadi semula 15% p.a menjadi 9% p.a. efektif, serta
penambahan jangka waktu kredit sebanyak 56 (lima puluh
enam) bulan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan dilakukannya Restrukturisasi atas fasilitas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pembiayaan, diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, baik bagi kondisi keuangan WKR dalam menunjang program
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau penyehatan keuangan.

Description of Material Information or PT Waskita Karya Realty ("WKR") is a subsidiary of the
Facts Company, with share ownership of 99.99% (ninety-nine point
ninety-nine percent).
WKR has obtained a financing facility from PT Bank
Perekonomian Rakyat Intidana Sukses Makmur ("BPR
Intidana") under Credit Agreement No. 223 dated 28
December 2022, as last amended by Addendum to Credit
Agreement No. 61772/ISM/ADDPK-KMK/1224 dated 30
December 2024 (the "Credit Agreement"), with a financing
facility amounting to IDR 15,000,000,000 (fifteen billion
Rupiah), bearing an effective interest rate of 15% per annum,
and a credit tenor of 66 (sixty-six) months.
That the confirmation regarding the execution of the
Amendment to the Credit Agreement was received via email
on 24 December 2025, which contained a revision of the
interest rate from the original 15% per annum to an effective
rate of 9% per annum, as well as an extension of the credit
term by 56 (fifty-six) months.
