On 31" July 2026 The Company received a resignation letter from Mr. Oktavianus as Director which will be effective following the resolution of The Company's 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. The impact of such events, information or material facts on the operational activities, legal and financial conditions, or business continuity of the issuer or Public Company. Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material terhadap kegiatan operasional ataupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan disebabkan tugas dan tanggung jawab sementara akan diemban oleh Bapak Willy Chandry selaku Presiden Direktur Perseroan. There were no material events, information, orfacts that affected the Company's operations or its ability to continue as a going concern, as the duties and responsibilities are temporarily being performed by Mr. Willy Chandry in his capacity as the Company's President Director.
