Informasi telah memperoleh persetujuan Menteri Hukum berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum Republik
atau Fakta Indonesia Nomor AHU-0063531.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 tanggal 29 Juli 2026 tentang Persetujuan
Material. / Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan Terbatas PT Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Danareksa, yang
menyetujui perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan sebagaimana termuat dalam Akta Nomor 122 tanggal
Description 23 Juni 2026 yang dibuat di hadapan Aulia Taufani, S.H., Notaris di Jakarta.
of Material Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa Modal Ditempatkan dan
Information Disetor Perseroan untuk porsi Pemegang Saham Seri B berkurang sebesar Rp4.731.593.159.700,00
or Facts. (empat triliun tujuh ratus tiga puluh satu miliar lima ratus sembilan puluh tiga juta seratus lima puluh
sembilan ribu tujuh ratus rupiah).
Pengurangan Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor Perseroan tersebut dilaksanakan berdasarkan Keputusan
Para Pemegang Saham Perseroan dalam rangka pengalihan seluruh kepemilikan saham Perseroan pada
entitas-entitas berikut kepada PT Danantara Asset Management:

1. PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero);
2. PT Nindya Karya (Persero);
3. PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (Persero);
4. PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara;
5. PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas; dan
6. PT Indonesia Tekstil Makmur.

Dengan demikian, struktur permodalan Perseroan menjadi sebagai berikut:

The amendment to the Company's Articles of Association concerning the reduction of the Company's
Issued and Paid-up Capital became effective upon the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Law of
the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0063531.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 dated 29 July 2026 approving the
amendment to the Company's Articles of Association as contained in the Deed No. 122 dated 23 June
2026, executed before Aulia Taufani, S.H., Notary in Jakarta.

Accordingly, the Company hereby announces that the Issued and Paid-up Capital attributable to the
Series B Shareholder has been reduced by Rp4,731,593,159,700.00 (four trillion seven hundred thirty-
one billion five hundred ninety-three million one hundred fifty-nine thousand seven hundred Rupiah).

The reduction of the Company's Issued and Paid-up Capital was carried out pursuant to the Resolution
of the Company's Shareholders in the context of the transfer of the Company's entire shareholding in the
following entities to PT Danantara Asset Management:
