Description of Material Information or The Company hereby conveys information related to the
Facts Resignation of Mr B Bintoro Kunto Pardewo as a Board of
Commissioner of PT Danareksa Persero as referred to in the
letter received by the Company dated 24 December 2025. Mr.
B. Bintoro Kunto Pardewos term of office as a member of the
Board of Commissioners ended effective as of December 19,
2025, as he has been appointed as a member of the Board of
Commissioners in another State Owned Enterprise SOE and
thus no longer meets the requirements to serve as a member
of the Board of Commissioners pursuant to the Articles of
Association and regulations.
