Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan melalui anak usahanya Forsta yang dimiliki
sahamnya oleh PT Enseval Medika Prima (perusahaan
terkendali Perseroan) sebesar 107.910 saham dan PT Gobal
Chemindo Megatrading (perusahaan terkendali Perseroan)
sebesar 1.090 saham, melakukan transaksi pembelian tanah
milik Hale yang dimiliki sahamnya oleh PT Kalbe Farma Tbk
sebesar 126.126 lembar (perusahaan afiliasi Perseroan)
dengan luas keseluruhan 25.100 meter persegi milik Hale
yang terletak di Jalan Kp. Curug RT 03/RW 01, Desa Curug,
Kecamatan Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa
Barat dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp55.959.000.000,-.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak signifikan pada keuangan dan operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan yang dapat menggangu keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan.

transaction to purchase land owned by Hale, whose shares
are owned by PT Kalbe Farma Tbk in the amount of 126,126
shares (an affiliated company of the Company), with a total
area of 25,100 square meters, located at Jalan Kp. Curug RT
03/RW 01, Curug Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor
