Description of Information or Material Fact Obyek Transaksi adalah sewa sebagian bangunan untuk kantor dengan luas 66 meter” di Jalan Mayjend Sungkono KM 3.1, Prambangan, Kebomas, Gresik, dengan nilai sewa sebesar Rp. 60.000.000,- untuk 1 tahun (periode sewa menyewa mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2026 - 31 Desember 2026). Transaksi yang digambarkan pada Keterbukaan Informasi ini merupakan Transaksi Afiliasi yang hanya wajib dilaporkan oleh Perusahaan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”) sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan (POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020), khususnya pada pasal 6 angka 1 butir c. IIV merupakan entitas induk akhir perusahaan dengan kepemilikan langsung dan tidak langsung sebesar 88,414. PT. Indospring Tbk has signed office space lease agreement with PT. Indoprima Investama (“IV”). The object of the transaction is the lease of a part of the office building, with an area of 66 meters? located on Mayjend Sungkono road KM 3.1, Prambangan, Kebomas, Gresik with a lease costs of Rp 60,000,000.- annually. The lease period will start on January 1, 2026 and concludes on December 31, 2026. The transactions described in this Disclosure of Information are Affiliated Transaction that must be reported by the Company to the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”). As stated in the OJK Regulation on Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions (POJK No. 42/POIK.04/2020), in particular in article 6 point 1 c. The Affiliate relationship is structured as follows: a.
