berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Perseroan per 31 Desember 2024 yang telah diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik Paul
Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Retno, Palilingan Rekan. Namun demikian, Transaksi tersebut termasuk transaksi yang
dikecualikan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 13 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang
Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha, karena merupakan transaksi yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan usaha
Perseroan dalam rangka menghasilkan pendapatan usaha dan dilakukan secara rutin. Selanjutnya, Transaksi ini bukan
merupakan Transaksi Afiliasi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Benturan Kepentingan.

audited by Public Accounting Firm Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Retno, Palilingan Rekan. However, the
transaction falls under the category of exempted transactions as stipulated in Article 13 of Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 on Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities, as it is a
transaction conducted in connection with the Company s business activities for the purpose of generating operating
revenue and is carried out in the ordinary course of business. Furthermore, this transaction does not constitute an
Affiliated Transaction as referred to in Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 on Affiliated

Transactions and Conflicts of Interest.
