Desember 2025 dari Bapak Choi Kyoungyoon kepada
Perseroan (“Surat Pengunduran Diri Direktur Utama”)/The
Company has received the resignation letter from Mr.
Choi Kypungyoon as President Director of the Company as
stated in the letter dated December 199, 2025 from Mr. Choi

MW LOTTE CHEMICAL) Titan Kyoungyoon to the Company (“President Director's Resignation Letter). 4. | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perusahaan Publik/ Impact of event, material information or facts towards Public Company's operational activities, legal, financial conditions, or going concern Tidak ada/None. 5. | Keterangan lain-lain/ Other information Penyampaian informasi perihal permohonan pengunduran diri Bapak Choi Kyoungyoon selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Surat Pengunduran Diri Direktur Utama, yang mana permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut akan diputuskan dalam suatu mata acara Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan yang akan diselenggarakan paling lambat 90 (sembilan puluh) hari sejak tanggal diterimanya Surat Pengunduran Diri Direktur Utama oleh Perseroan, yang berlaku efektif berdasarkan keputusan yang diambil oleh para pemegang saham Perseroan dan sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan/Submission of information regarding the resignation of Mr. Choi Kyoungyoon as President Director of the Company as stated in the President Directors Resignation Letter, in which the said resignation will be resolved in an agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company to be held af the latest of 90 (ninety) days as of the receipt date of President Directors Resignation Letter by the Company, which shall be effective under the resolution being adopted by shareholders of the Company and in accordance with Articles of Association of the Company.
