Jend, Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 MEDCOENERGI 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Terkait Perjanjian Konversi Pinjaman antar Material / Description of Material Perusahaan antara Perseroan dengan MEG Information or Facts tanggal 23 Desember 2025, dimana para pihak sepakat untuk mengkonversikan sebagian pinjaman MEG terhadap Perseroan dalam mata uang GBP (Pound sterling) menjadi mata uang USD (Dolar Amerika Serikat) dimana setelah konversi dilaksanakan menjadi bernilai sebesar USD 41.682.391,91 (empat puluh satu juta enam ratus delapan puluh dua ribu tiga ratus sembilan puluh satu koma sembilan satu Dolar Amerika Serikat) / In relation to the Intercompany Loan Conversion Agreement entered into between the Company and MEG dated 23 December 2025, the parties agree to convert a portion of MEG's loan towards the Company, originally in GBP (Pound sterling) currency into USD (United States Dollar) currency.
