Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk menyambut kedatangan kapal
tanker LNG pertamanya dengan kapasitas 145.914 CBM dan
panjang 285,4 meter. Kapal LNG bernama MT Gas Garuda
akan bergabung dengan armada kapal tanker BULL lainnya
untuk melayani rute pelayaran internasional dan domestik. MT
Gas Garuda akan berkontribusi penuh pada pendapatan
usaha BULL mulai tahun 2026.
Untuk merealisasikan pilar kedua dari 4 pilar strategi
pengembangan BULL yaitu Transportasi LNG, BULL secara
aktif terus mencari peluang-peluang usaha dalam pasar
transportasi LNG. Penambahan armada kapal LNG akan terus
dilakukan baik secara pertumbuhan organik dengan pembelian
kapal tanker LNG maupun secara inorganik berupa akuisisi
armada perusahaan tanker LNG.

Description of Material Information or PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk welcoming the delivery of its first
Facts LNG tanker, with capacity of 145,914 CBM and length of 285.4
meters. The LNG vessel, MT Gas Garuda, will join BULL's
fleet of tankers serving international and domestic shipping
routes. MT Gas Garuda will fully contribute to BULL's revenue
starting in 2026.
To realize the second of BULL's four-pillars development
strategy, LNG Transportation, BULL is actively seeking
business opportunities in the LNG transportation market. The
expansion of its LNG fleet will continue through both organic
growth through the purchase of LNG tankers and inorganic
growth through the acquisition of LNG tanker company.
