Perjanjian Perubahan Jangka Waktu Fasilitas Kredit kepada Perseroan sampai dengan 20 Desember 2026 2. Perjanjian Perubahan Jangka Waktu Fasilitas Kredit kepada PT MDTV Media Digital sampai dengan 20 Desember 2026 3. Perjanjian Perubahan Jangka Waktu Fasilitas Kredit kepada PT MDTV Media Televisi sampai dengan 24 Desember 2026 4. Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit baru kepada PT MDTV Media Televisi sebesar Rp148.500.000.000,- (seratus empat puluh delapan miliar lima ratus juta rupiah) Perjanjian fasilitas kredit ini dijamin oleh PT MD Entertainment Tbk (“FILM”) sebagai perusahaan pengendali dari Perseroan. On 18 December 2025, the Company and its subsidiaries executed banking facility agreements with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“BBRI”) as the lender, as follows: 1. Amendment Agreement on the Extension of the Term of the Credit Facility granted to the Company until 20 December 2026. 2. Amendment Agreement on the Extension of the Term of the Credit Facility granted to PT MDTV Media Digital until 20 December 2026. 3. Amendment Agreement on the Extension of the Term of the Credit Facility granted to PT MDTV Media Televisi until 24 December 2026. 4. New Credit Facility Agreement granted to PT MDTV Media Televisi in the amount of Rp148,500,000,000 (one hundred forty-eight billion five hundred million Rupiah). The credit facility agreements are guaranteed by PT MD Entertainment Tbk (“FILM”), acting as the controlling shareholder of the Company. 4. 1 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik Perseroan akan memiliki kesempatan yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan alokasi dana dalam rangka pembiayaan kegiatan operasional.
