Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa AMRTDRCZ5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22
Desember 2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
AMRTDRCZ5A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 1.910 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham AMRT di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that AMRTDRCZ5A is exercised on 22nd Desember 2025 ("Expiry Date") and
the structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per AMRTDRCZ5A) (if the
said amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 1.910 being the closing price of AMRT Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.

= Number of Structured Warrant (Settlement Price – Exercise Price)
