telah kami terima ditanggal 19 Desember 2025, bersama ini kami sampaikan jawaban atas
permintaan penjelasan Bursa Efek Indonesia sebagai berikut :
With reference to the Indonesia Stock Exchange Letter Regarding Reguest for Explanation dated
December 18, 2025, which we received on December 19, 2025, we hereby submit our response
to the Indonesia Stock Exchange's reguest for explanation as follows:
1. Tanggapan Perseroan atas rencana OJK dalam menghapus kategori KBMI 1.
The Company's response to the OJK('s plan to remove the KBMI 1 category.
Jawaban :
Pada prinsipnya Perseroan mendukung arah kebijakan OJK terkait rencana tersebut,
sepanjang kebijakan tersebut telah resmi ditetapkan.
Answer :
In principle, the Company supports the OJK policy direction regarding the plan, as long
as the policy has been officially established.
2. Dampak yang dapat terjadi bagi Perseroan atas rencana tersebut, antara lain:

c. Dampak terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan,

Bankof India ”“@ Indonesia Jawaban : Sampai dengan saat ini, rencana tersebut tidak menimbulkan dampak terhadap kelangsungan usaha, kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan, maupun dampak material lainnya bagi Perseroan. Answer : As of the date of this disclosure, the plan does not have any impact on the Company's business continuity, operational activities, financial condition, or any other material aspects of the Company Strategi Perseroan dalam memenuhi kebijakan dari OJK tersebut, termasuk rencana tindakan korporasi yang akan dilakukan (jika ada). The Company's strategy in complying with the OJK policy, including any corporate action plans to be implemented (if any). Jawaban : Perseroan sebagai perusahaan terbuka, akan menyampaikan informasi dan melakukan pelaporan kepada para pemegang saham dan para pemangku kepentingan apabila Perseroan akan melakukan aksi korporasi, sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku. Perseroan juga akan memberikan penjelasan resmi mengenai langkah-langkah yang akan diambil setelah adanya penetapan resmi dari OJK terhadap rencana tersebut Answer : As a public company, the Company will disclose information and report to shareholders and stakeholders if the Company intends to undertake corporate actions, in accordance with applicable regulations. The Company will also provide an official explanation of the steps to be taken after the OJK has made an official decision on the plan. Dalam hal Perseroan telah memiliki strategi atau rencana dalam menghadapi kebijakan tersebut agar disampaikan linimasa (timeline) dari rencana tersebut. Ifthe Company already has a strategy or plan in place to address the policy, the timeline for the plan should be disclosed. Jawaban : Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana maupun strategi khusus terkait hal tersebut. Apabila di kemudian hari Perseroan menetapkan rencana dan strategi dimaksud, kami akan segera menyampaikan informasinya sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Answer : As of the date, the Company has no specific plans or strategies in this regard.
