Material (“BUMA Australia”), anak perusahaan yang dimiliki
Description of Material Information sepenuhnya oleh Perseroan melalui PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri
or Facts Utama (“BUMA”), telah menandatangani perpanjangan
kontrak jangka panjang dengan Blackwater Operations Pty Ltd,
anak perusahaan dari Whitehaven Coal Mining Limited
(“Whitehaven”) hingga Juni 2030 pada Tambang Blackwater
(“Blackwater”), salah satu tambang batubara metalurgi open-
cut terbesar di Australia (“Perpanjangan Kontrak”).
Perpanjangan Kontrak yang bernilai sekitar AUD740 juta (tujuh
ratus empat puluh juta Dolar Australia) menunjukkan
kepercayaan Whitehaven terhadap BUMA Australia sebagai
mitra pertambangan jangka panjang dengan keahlian teknis
yang mendalam, serta mempertegas rekam jejak keunggulan
operasional BUMA dan komitmennya untuk menghadirkan
kinerja berkelas dunia yang berkelanjutan di sektor
pertambangan.
On 21 December 2025, BUMA Australia Pty Ltd (“BUMA
Australia”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company through
PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (“BUMA”), entered into a
long-term contract extension with Blackwater Operations Pty
Ltd, a subsidiary of Whitehaven Coal Mining Limited
(“Whitehaven”), until June 2030 at the Blackwater Mine
(“Blackwater”), one of Australia’s largest open-cut
metallurgical coal mining. (the “Contract Extension”).
The Contract Extension, valued approximately AUD740 (seven
hundred and forty million Australian Dollars), highlights
Whitehaven’s confidence in BUMA Australia as a long term
mining partner with deep technical expertise and reinforces
BUMA’s track record of operational excellence and commitment
to delivering sustainable world-class performance in the mining
sector.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional maupun
fakta material tersebut terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Dari sisi kondisi keuangan,
