Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Entitas anak Perseroan yakni PT Multipro Paint Indonesia
(MPI), yang dimiliki sebesar 67,00% oleh Perseroan, secara
resmi menghentikan kegiatan operasionalnya secara
permanen terhitung sejak tanggal 20 Desember 2025.
Keputusan tersebut diambil setelah manajemen melakukan
evaluasi menyeluruh atas kinerja keuangan dan prospek
usaha MPI, yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur cat
pelindung dan cat kapal laut, dimana sejak tahun 2024, MPI
mencatatkan penurunan kinerja dan kerugian operasional
yang berkelanjutan.
Sehubungan dengan penghentian kegiatan operasional MPI,
Perseroan akan terus memfokuskan strategi usahanya pada
lini bisnis inti (core industry) Perseroan yang memiliki kinerja
dan prospek pertumbuhan yang lebih optimal, dengan tujuan
meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, optimalisasi pemanfaatan
sumber daya, serta penciptaan nilai jangka panjang bagi
pemegang saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan atau keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan, mengingat
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kontribusi pendapatan MPI dibandingkan jumlah pendapatan
Perusahaan Publik konsolidasi Perseroan di tahun 2024 hanya berkisar 0,55%.

Description of Material Information or The Companys subsidiary namely PT Multipro Paint Indonesia
Facts (MPI), which is 67.00% owned by the Company, officially
ceased its operational activities as of December 20, 2025. The
decision was taken after the management conducted a
comprehensive evaluation of MPIs financial performance and
business prospects, which is engaged in the manufacture of
protective paint and marine paint, and in which, since 2024,
MPI has recorded a decline in performance and continued
operating losses.
In connection to the cessation of MPIs operational activities,
the Company will continue to focus its business strategy on its
core business lines with stronger performance and more
favorable growth prospects, with the aim of enhancing
operational efficiency, optimizing the use of resources, and
creating long-term value for shareholders.
Impact of event, material information or There is no material impact of the incident, the information or
facts towards Issuers or Public material fact to the activities of operational, legal or financial
Company’s operational activities, legal, condition or the business continuity of the Company,
financial condition, or going concern considering that MPIs revenue contribution to the Companys
consolidated revenue in 2024 was only approximately 0.55%.
