Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 19 Desember 2025, Perseroan
mendandatangani Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit dengan BCA
senilai total Rp 1.000.000.000.000 (satu triliun rupiah) dengan
rincian sebagai berikut:
1. Fasilitas Modal Kerja
Nilai Fasilitas Kredit Rp850.000.000.000
(delapan ratus lima puluh miliar rupiah)
Tujuan Penggunaan
Kredit modal kerja
Jangka Waktu : 2 (dua) tahun setelah
penandatanganan perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit
Suku Bunga : Efektif 7% per annum
2. Fasilitas Kredit Investasi
Nilai Fasilitas Kredit Rp150.000.000.000
(seratus lima puluh miliar rupiah)

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan positif terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi keuangan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan.
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Fasilitas pinjaman kredit investasi akan digunakan untuk
Perusahaan Publik mendukung pembelian unit alat-alat berat baru.
Sementara fasilitas kredit modal kerja akan digunakan untuk
mengambil alih secara penuh pekerjaan subkontraktor di
proyek PT Kaltim Prima Coal, peningkatan volume pekerjaan
di proyek PT Arutmin Indonesia dan untuk mendukung
pengembangan proyek Perseroan ke depan.
Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap aspek hukum dan
kelangsungan usaha.

Description of Material Information or On 19 December 2025, the Company entered into a Credit
Facts Facility Agreement with BCA with a total value of IDR
1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion rupiah), with the following
details:
1. Working Capital Facility
Credit Facility Amount: IDR 850,000,000,000 (eight hundred
fifty billion rupiah)
Purpose of Use: Working capital loan
Tenor: 2 (two) years after the signing of the Credit Facility
Agreement
Interest Rate: Effective 7% per annum
2. Investment Credit Facility
Credit Facility Amount: IDR 150,000,000,000 (one hundred
fifty billion rupiah)
Purpose of Use: Investment loan
Tenor: 5 (five) years after the signing of the Credit Facility
Agreement
Interest Rate: Effective 7% per annum
