Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham PT
Super Bank Indonesia Tbk yang telah dicatatkan pada Bursa
Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham SUPA pada tanggal 17
Desember 2025, dengan ini diinformasikan bahwa Superbank
mengeluarkan total sejumlah 4.406.612.300 saham biasa atas
nama dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp100 setiap saham dan
ditawarkan kepada Masyarakat dengan harga penawaran
sebesar Rp635, adapun jumlah seluruh nilai Penawaran
Umum Perdana Saham Perseroan ini adalah sebesar
Rp2.798.198.810.500.
Dana ini memperkuat permodalan Superbank yang pada
posisi 30 September 2025 telah memiliki modal inti sebesar
Rp4.882.873.000.000.
Setelah Penawaran Umum Perdana Superbank terjadi pada
17 Desember 2025, maka modal inti Superbank ditambah
dana bersih hasil Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham setelah
dikurangi biaya-biaya terkait adalah menjadi sekitar
Rp7.613.637.000.000, sehingga permodalan Superbank telah
memenuhi kriteria sebagai bank KBMI II berdasarkan
ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
12/POJK.03/2021 tentang Bank Umum.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berubahnya status perusahaan menjadi perusahaan terbuka,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan namun demikian perubahan ini tidak mempengaruhi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pengendalian maupun operasional sehari-hari Bank
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Information on the Capitalisation of Superbank Post IPO
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or In connection with the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of PT Super
Facts Bank Indonesia Tbk which was listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange under the stock code SUPA on December 17, 2025,
it is hereby informed that Superbank issued a total of
4,406,612,300 registered ordinary shares with a nominal value
of Rp100 per share. These shares were offered to the public at
an offering price of Rp635, bringing the total value of the
Company IPO to Rp2,798,198,810,500.
These proceeds strengthen Superbank capital position, which,
as of September 30, 2025, recorded a core capital of
Rp4,882,873,000,000.
Following the completion of the IPO on December 17, 2025,
the Superbank core capital, after being added with the net
proceeds of the IPO, as deducted by related costs, is
estimated to be approximately Rp7,613,637,000,000.
Consequently, Superbank capitalization has met the criteria for
a KBMI II category bank, in accordance with the criteria
stipulated under the Financial Services Authority Regulation
No. 12/POJK.03/2021 concerning Commercial Banks

facts towards Issuers or Public however this change does not affect the Bank control or day to
Company’s operational activities, legal, day operations
