Facts Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to
the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
32/POJK.04/2015 on the Increase of
Public Company Capital by Granting Preemptive Rights (POJK
No. 14/2019) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange Circular
Letter No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 dated March 2, 2020
regarding the Share Ownership Program (SE BEI No. SE-
00002/BEI/03-2020), the Company hereby informs and
announces the Disclosure of Information regarding the
commencement of the Management and Employee Stock
Option Program (MESOP) Phase II Implementation Period, for
the Implementation Period from December 29th ,
2025 to January 20th , 2026 (Implementation Period), with a
maximum of 3,750,000 (three million seven hundred fifty
thousand) shares, at an exercise price of Rp. 121,- per share.
