Pada tanggal 17 Desember 2025,
Perseroan melalui Scan-Bilt Pte. Ltd.
telah menandatangani — perjanjian
dengan Aster Chemicals & Energy Pte.
Ltd. (Aster) untuk menyediakan layanan
Engineering, Procurement &
Construction (EPC), khususnya pada
lingkup pekerjaan sipil di fasilitas Aster
Bukom Chemicals & Energy Complex
dan Aster Jurong Island Chemical
Complex yang berlokasi di Pulau Bukom
dan Pulau Jurong di Singapura.

Selain itu, Scan-Bilt juga memperoleh
Letter of Award untuk lingkup pekerjaan
Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
dari Aster untuk kedua fasilitas
tersebut.

Total nilai perjanjian untuk lingkup
pekerjaan tersebut diatas adalah
US$29,07 juta atau sekitar Rp485,4
miliar dengan jangka waktu pekerjaan
selama 24 bulan.

Fasilitas Aster di Pulau Bukom dan Pulau
Jurong merupakan pusat produksi
terpadu untuk kegiatan pengilangan
dan petrokimia di Singapura yang
terhubung melalui pipa bawah laut.

On 17 December 2025, the Company,
through Scan-Bilt Pte. Ltd., entered into
an agreement with Aster Chemicals &
Energy Pte. Ltd. (Aster) to provide
Engineering, Procurement & Construction
(EPC) services, specifically civil works at
the Aster Bukom Chemicals & Energy
Complex and Aster Jurong Island
Chemical Complex located on Bukom
Island and Jurong Island, Singapore.

In addition, Scan-Bilt has also obtained ad
Letter of Award from Aster for Integrated
Facilities Management (IFM) services at
both facilities.

The total contract value for the above-
mentioned scope of work is US$29.07
million, or approximately Rp485.4 billion,
with a contract period of 24 months.
