        Strengthening Global Synergy, Elnusa and PIEP Welcome Visit of Iraq’s Deputy
                                       Minister of Oil
Jakarta, December 17, 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (“Elnusa”), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding, took part in the
official visit of the Deputy Minister of Oil of the Republic of Iraq and delegation to Indonesia, which took place from December 15 to 17, 2025.

The visit marked a strategic momentum to strengthen international collaboration in the oil and gas sector, particularly in the development of technology
and upstream energy capabilities. As part of the agenda, Elnusa welcomed the Iraqi delegation together with PT Pertamina Internasional Eksplorasi dan
Produksi (PIEP) at Graha Elnusa, Jakarta, with PIEP International Region acting as the initiator of the Deputy Minister of Oil’s visit.

The program continued with a brief presentation by Elnusa, highlighting its capabilities as an integrated energy services provider, particularly in geophysics,
seismic data processing, and energy technology solutions. On this occasion, Elnusa also shared its successful experience in seismic data reprocessing projects
in Algeria. This achievement demonstrates Elnusa’s proven capacity to manage international-scale oil and gas data, including overseas projects that require
high standards, technological precision, and adaptability to diverse geographical landscapes.

The delegation then visited Elnusa’s Seismic Data Processing facility to observe firsthand the company’s internationally standardized seismic data processing
capabilities. This visit became one of the highlights of the program, reflecting Elnusa’s role in supporting data- and technology-driven decision-making in oil
and gas exploration activities.

President Director of PT Elnusa Tbk, Litta Ariesca, stated, “The planned strategic cooperation between Elnusa and PIEP in Iraq, built upon the foundation of
our success in Algeria, goes beyond a business contract. It represents a tangible manifestation of the strength of synergy within the Pertamina Group. We
continuously strive to enhance our capabilities and contributions, so that we can optimally support the provision of sustainable energy for the Indonesian
people,” she said.

Meanwhile, President Director of PT Pertamina Internasional Eksplorasi dan Produksi, Syamsu Yudha, added, “This visit symbolizes cooperation between
Indonesia and Iraq and represents a strategic step in positioning the Pertamina Group, through PIEP, on the global energy stage. We believe that strategic
partnerships with international counterparts such as Iraq will open significant opportunities for sustainable energy management, while serving as a vital
pillar in supporting national energy security,” he remarked.

Deputy Minister of Upstream Affairs of the Iraq Ministry of Oil, Basim M. Khudair, expressed his appreciation for the warm reception during the visit to
Graha Elnusa. “This visit has left a very positive impression of the capabilities and experience of the Pertamina Group, including Elnusa, which has
demonstrated strong competence in technological expertise and upstream oil and gas data management. We see broad potential for cooperation, not only
in technical aspects but also in capacity building and knowledge transfer through training programs. Looking ahead, we hope to explore collaboration
opportunities in the utilization and processing of seismic data, including optimizing existing data to support the development of Iraq’s upstream oil and gas
sector,” he said.

Through its participation in this visit, Elnusa reaffirmed its commitment to continuously strengthening its position as a nationally based energy services

collaboration.
