berpulangnya Bapak Yoseph Franciscus Bonang, selaku
Komisaris Perseroan, pada hari Selasa tanggal 16 Desember
2025.
Atas nama Perseroan, Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris
menyampaikan ungkapan belasungkawa yang sedalam-
dalamnya atas berpulangnya almarhum serta penghargaan
atas dedikasi dan kontribusi yang telah diberikan kepada
Perseroan selama masa pengabdiannya.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, pada tanggal Keterbukaan
Informasi ini, jumlah dan komposisi anggota Dewan Komisaris
Perseroan saat ini masih memenuhi ketentuan minimum
jumlah anggota Dewan Komisaris sesuai dengan Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi
dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan
Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
Perseroan selanjutnya akan menjalankan proses nominasi
pengganti sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Perubahan
susunan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan akan berjalan secara
paralel dengan proses nominasi Perseroan dan akan
ditetapkan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS)
terdekat yang akan datang.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Keterbukaan informasi ini tidak berdampak material terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan, maupun

The passing of Mr. Yoseph Franciscus Bonang as the
Type of Material Information or Facts Commissioner of the Company
Description of Material Information or The Company has been informed of the passing of Mr. Yoseph
Facts Franciscus Bonang, Commissioner of the Company, on
Tuesday, December 16th, 2025.
On behalf of the Company, the Directors and the Board of
Commissioners extend their deepest condolences on his
passing and honor his dedication and contribution he has
given to the Company during his tenure.
In connection with that matter, as of the date of this
Information Disclosure, the Company confirms that its Board of
Commissioners remains in line with the minimum number and
composition required under Financial Services Authority
Regulation No.33/POJK.04/2014 regarding the Directors and
the Board of Commissioners of the Issuer and the Company's
Articles of Association.
The Company will proceed with the replacement nomination
process in compliance with applicable regulations. Changes to
the composition of the Company's Board of Commissioners
will occur concurrently with the nomination process and will be
determined at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders
(GMS).
