Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk (Perseroan) memperoleh
proyek inspeksi pipa gas bawah laut berdiameter 28 inci pada
ruas Pagerungan-Porong sepanjang kurang lebih 369 km
melalui kerja sama dengan PT PGAS Solution, anak
perusahaan PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk. Perjanjian kerja
sama ditandatangani pada 27 November 2025 dengan nilai
kontrak sebesar Rp16 miliar dan target penyelesaian
pekerjaan pada Januari 2026. Proyek ini mencakup inspeksi
menyeluruh untuk memastikan keselamatan, keandalan, dan
keberlanjutan distribusi gas bumi nasional, serta dinilai
memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja operasional dan
pendapatan Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perolehan proyek inspeksi pipa gas bawah laut ini
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja operasional dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pendapatan Perseroan melalui penambahan kontrak baru
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dengan nilai Rp16 miliar. Proyek ini juga memperkuat
Perusahaan Publik portofolio Perseroan di bidang jasa inspeksi pipa bawah laut
serta meningkatkan reputasi Perseroan sebagai penyedia
layanan inspeksi subsea, yang diharapkan dapat membuka
peluang proyek serupa di masa mendatang.

Description of Material Information or PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk (the Company) has secured
Facts a subsea gas pipeline inspection project for a 28-inch pipeline
along the Pagerungan-Porong route with an approximate
length of 369 km, through a cooperation with PT PGAS
Solution, a subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk.
The cooperation agreement was signed on November 27,
2025 with a contract value of IDR 16 billion, and the project is
targeted for completion on January 2026. The project includes
comprehensive inspections to ensure the safety, reliability, and
sustainability of the national gas distribution system, and is
considered to have a positive impact on the Companys
operational performance and revenue.
Impact of event, material information or The acquisition of this subsea gas pipeline inspection project
facts towards Issuers or Public has a positive impact on the Companys operational
Company’s operational activities, legal, performance and revenue through the addition of a new
financial condition, or going concern contract valued at IDR 16 billion. The project also strengthens
the Companys portfolio in subsea pipeline inspection services

inspection service provider, which is expected to create
opportunities for similar projects in the future.
