Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material - PT Trio Distribusi (TD; entitas anak dari PT Trikomsel
Oke Tbk - Perseroan) berencana melakukan transformasi
strategis dalam bisnis perdagangan telepon seluler untuk
menciptakan efisiensi operasional yang maksimal serta
beradaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi berbasis
kecerdasan buatan.
Langkah ini mencakup penataan ulang model bisnis, termasuk
keputusan untuk mengalihkan sebagian/seluruh bisnis toko-
toko monobrand kepada pihak ketiga guna memperkuat
kinerja jangka panjang;
- TD akan terus melanjutkan bisnis perdagangan
perangkat pintar (smart devices) dengan basis teknologi saat
ini melalui toko multibrand, online dan sosial media sambil
secara aktif memantau perkembangan perangkat pintar
dengan teknologi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transformasi ini akan memberikan tekanan pada kinerja bisnis
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan TD dalam jangka pendek dan menimbulkan biaya-biaya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, tambahan sedangkan dampak positifnya adalah menambah
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau modal kerja TD untuk mendukung pengembangan kegiatan
Perusahaan Publik usaha saat ini maupun pengembangan bisnis baru yang
diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja TD.

Description of Material Information or - PT Trio Distribusi (TD; a subsidiary of PT Trikomsel Oke
Facts Tbk - the Company) plans to undertake a strategic
transformation in its mobile phone trading business to
maximize operational efficiency and adapt to developments in
artificial intelligence - based technology.
This step includes restructuring the business model, including
the decision to transfer part or all of the monobrand store
operations to third parties in order to strengthen long-term
performance;
- TD will continue its smart device trading business using
current technology through multibrand stores, online channels,
and social media, while actively monitoring developments in
smart devices with artificial intelligence (AI) - based
technology.
Impact of event, material information or This transformation will put pressure on TD's business
facts towards Issuers or Public performance in the short term and incur additional costs, while
Company’s operational activities, legal, the positive impact is that it will increase TD's working capital
financial condition, or going concern to support the development of its current business activities as
well as new business initiatives that are expected to improve
TD's performance.
