  Elnusa Strengthens Growth Momentum through Solid Operational Performance in
              First Half of 2026, Supporting Indonesia's Energy Security

Jakarta, 31 July 2026 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), an integrated energy services company and a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under
Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, recorded solid operational performance throughout the first half of 2026. Consistent business activities across all
operating segments reflect the Company's resilient business model while reinforcing Elnusa's position as a strategic partner to Indonesia's energy industry
in supporting oil and gas production growth and strengthening national energy security.

President Director of PT Elnusa Tbk, Litta Ariesca, stated that the Company's first-half 2026 achievements demonstrate Elnusa's consistency in maintaining
healthy business growth while strengthening its role as a strategic partner to Indonesia's energy industry. “Amid the dynamic energy landscape, we

capabilities through various strategic collaborations, expanding innovation implementation, enhancing asset productivity, and developing increasingly

develop goes beyond technological advancement to deliver tangible value for our customers through greater efficiency, production optimization, and
sustainable value creation," said Litta.

Elnusa continues to enhance its technological capabilities through strategic collaborations with Technology Innovation & Implementation (TI&I) of PT
Pertamina (Persero) and PHE Upstream Innovation (PHE-UI) in developing and commercializing innovations that support national energy security and the
sustainability of Indonesia's oil and gas industry. These collaborations include the implementation of Chemical Enhanced Oil Recovery (CEOR) based on
Polymer Flooding for the EOR Pilot Project at PHE OSES' Rama Field, the development of the PERTASTREAM In-Line Inspection Ultrasonic Testing (ILI UT)
Tool, as well as various innovations such as Foam Pig, Pertasolven, Micro-Crack Stimulation, Pertacross, and Pertapixel data acquisition services.

Through its strategic partnership with PHE Upstream Innovation (PHE-UI), Elnusa has also commercialized seismic technologies, including Low Frequency
Passive Seismic (LFPS) and Shallow Water Passive Seismic (SWPS). These collaborations demonstrate Elnusa's commitment to delivering technology- and
innovation-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, optimize oil and gas production, strengthen national technological independence, create
added value for customers, and support the transformation of Indonesia's energy sector.

Within its Integrated Upstream Oil and Gas Services segment, Elnusa continues to strengthen its role in supporting Indonesia's oil and gas exploration and
production activities. As of the first half of 2026, the Company completed 3D seismic data acquisition covering 1,757 square kilometers and 2D seismic
surveys spanning 193 kilometers. Operational achievements also included wireline logging services for 662 wells, well testing for 3,855 wells, Coiled Tubing
Services (CTS) for 289 wells, cementing services for 121 wells, Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) services for 112 wells, and Modular Rig support for drilling
operations at Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga. Several strategic projects, including the Tedong Onshore 2D & 3D Seismic Survey, Mangatal Juata Onshore 3D
Seismic Survey, and Kandawulo Offshore 3D Seismic Survey, are progressing as planned and continue to serve as part of the Company's growth pipeline.

In the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) business line, Elnusa continued the development of strategic projects, including the Kolaka LPG
Terminal and Palaran Fuel Terminal, both of which contribute to strengthening Indonesia's national energy infrastructure.

Meanwhile, in the Energy Distribution & Logistics segment, PT Elnusa Petrofin recorded fuel transportation volume of 14 million kiloliters, managed 1.918
million kiloliters of fuel and 62 thousand tons of LPG at fuel terminals, distributed 92 thousand kiloliters of marine fuel (Inmar) and lubricants, delivered
73 thousand drums of chemicals, and achieved fuel retail sales of 6 thousand kiloliters, reflecting robust operational activities and sustained customer
confidence.

Growth contributions also came from the Oil and Gas Supporting Services segment. PT Sigma Cipta Utama maintained an asset utilization rate of 95% with
19 contracts in hand for its Data & Storage Management services. PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi secured the new Bangko EPC Project, while PT Elnusa
Trans Samudera recorded an exceptionally low Non-Productive Time (NPT) of 0.041%, managed 21 non-asset-based projects, and operated 65 asset units,
reflecting operational excellence and disciplined execution across the Company's subsidiaries.

According to Litta, the positive outlook for Indonesia's energy industry—supported by increasing exploration activities, oil and gas field development, and
growing demand for technology-based solutions—creates sustainable growth opportunities for Elnusa. The Company will continue to optimize synergies
across the Pertamina Group, strengthen its technological capabilities and human capital, and improve operational efficiency to generate long-term value
for both customers and shareholders.
